- Visit the login or create profile page

- Follow the prompts to update your mobile number
3. What happens to my VodaPay profile when I change my mobile number?
When you change your mobile number, your VodaPay profile moves seamlessly to the new number. Here’s what you need to know:
- Your old mobile number will be recycled after 90 days, so make sure to update your contacts with your new number
- After 90 days, your old mobile number will become available again for someone else to register on VodaPay
Note: If you would like to use the initial mobile number after the 90 day recycling period, you can do so.
4. How many times can I change my mobile number on VodaPay?
There is no limit to the number of times you can change your mobile number on VodaPay.
5. I have a Lite wallet, why am I not able to change my mobile number?
You will need to upgrade to an Essential or Pro wallet first before you can change your mobile number.
6. I have an Entry wallet, can I change my mobile number?
Yes, you will be able to change your mobile number provided the number you are changing to is available for use. You will be required to verify the new number using an OTP. Once validation is completed and the checks are successful, your mobile number will be changed.
